The main objective of the project is to bring the innovation into VET of teacher assistants (and thus contribute to the improved quality of education). This project will contribute to the enhanced inclusion of students with special education needs in schools.
Since the beginning of the project, one transnational meeting has been held in Prague, June 2022. Every month the teams meet via Zoom and thus hold meetings where they analyze what has been done and agree on the implementation of activities.
The direct target groups are teacherl assistants and educators of teacher assistants. Workshops were held for both groups in the form of lectures and focus group interviews. Each team held two workshops. The indirect target group is students with developmental disabilities. Methodology guide to the implementation of evidence-based practices is an activity that has been worked on almost since the beginning of the implementation of the project. So far, six practices have been described according to the phases of application, and a comic has been created, which, in addition to English, has been translated into Czech, Slovenian and Serbian.

Cilj projekta je da se uvede inovacija u stručno obrazovanje pedagoških asistenata i time poboljša kvalitet obrazovanja). Ovaj projekat će doprineti boljem inkluzivnom obrazovanju učenika sa smetnjama u razvoju. Od početka projekta održan je jedan transnacionalni sastanak u Pragu, jun 2022. godina, a svakog meseca se timovi sastaju preko Zoom-a i na taj način održavaju sastanke na kojima analiziraju urađeno i dogovaraju se o realizaciji aktivnosti.
Direktne ciljne grupe su pedagoški asistenti i edukatori pedagoških asistenata. Za obe grupe održane su radionice u formi predavanja i fokus-grupnog intervjua. Svaki tim je održao po dve radionice. Indirektna ciljna grupa su učenici sa smetnjama u razvoju. Vodič za primenu praksi zasnovanih na dokazima je aktivnost na kojoj se radi skoro od početka realizacije projekta. Do sad je opisano šest praksi prema fazama primene i izrađen je strip koji je, pored engleskog jezika, preveden na češki, slovenački i srpski jezik. 2022-12-29
